Breakfast: Coffee with vanilla almond milk + 1 splenda; Smoothie (1 frozen banana, 1 c. vanilla almond milk, frozen mangoes, and frozen strawberries); 1/2 c. golean! berry crumble

Mid-morning snack: Watermelon

Lunch: 2 c. Asian Noodle Salad (whole wheat pasta, purple cabbage, edamame, red/yellow peppers, cucumber, and peanut sauce)

Snack: 1/4 c. trail mix (dark choc. chips, cashews, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and almonds)

Snack: 4 Martin’s whole wheat sesame crackers + hummus

Dinner: Balsamic tofu + roasted red peppers + 1/4 c. brown rice

Exercise: 1.5 mile run with the pup; 30 min. interval set on the elliptical
